## Refund & Return Policy

At KABBO, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return and refund window, in compliance with European consumer protection law.

### Returns

You may return your product within **14 calendar days** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition you received it  
- Include the original packaging and accessories  
- Have proof of purchase (order number)

### Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

- Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

### Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your product and place a new order.

### Defective or damaged products

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll provide a replacement or refund immediately.

### Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank
